I also have my gear ready right next to the front door, so when I wake up, I drink my glass of water, and I have no excuse not to go. When I feel lazy or more tired, I just remind myself the following sentence: Remember WHY you do it. That usually does the trick. I also have the chance of having a Australian Shepherd, a perfect partner for running or brisk walking in the morning.
