Working out 365 times a year is too much especially depending on the types of work outs that he’s doing..This could place the body in stress mode which weakens the immune system. If you are a gym rat and you feel useless on the days that you don’t work out, try meditation!! I always feel more accomplished after meditating even though I didn’t touch a weight or a sprint!
