this is a flowchart depicting the process behind using a lift inside my University accommodation.
The final process represents the users’ confusion. They do not know which button to press; the one on the left, or the one on the bottom. This being said, the process can still be completed (otherwise the lift would simply not be in operation), it is just more confusing than is necessary.
