30 Days, 30 UIs: Day 16

I was applying for jobs yesterday when I saw an excellent opportunity.

The Jobvite application form is not optimized for applicants. This is because the form is placed in a 2 section column, with the title to left, and the input box on the right.

To fix this, I created a vertical form to make the UI’s UX a smidgeon better for job hunters.

By removing the asterisks, placing buttons and form left aligned, the titles above the input box, and removing the beveled button styling, you not only have a sleeker job application form, but you have a more usable and simple UI for job seekers.
