I would have given anything for my mother to have addressed and tried to amend her mental health issues, the way you do, when I was younger.

The life your daughter may despise and hate, that has driven her to such cruelty, is one which, when I was aged 15, I would have given my eye teeth for.

I'm 31 now and still struggling with the legacy of a mother who didn't posses the strength and self awareness that you do.
