How To Experience True Happiness By Being Grateful

Some days, it happens. We feel ready to give up. We think our actions are useless because we are not doing any impact. We feel unmotivated. We feel unhappy.

But the truth is:

We are too much focused on the worst.

The problem is that we care so much about what we don’t have, what we don’t know, what we have failed. We care about everything, but this everything is anything compared to what we have.

I don’t know you, your life, your problems, your situation. But I know one thing.

You Are Lucky

You are lucky because you are alive. Because the life decided to keep you here, on this planet. You could be dead, you could be anything else than what you are today, you could have never existed.

But you are here, reading these words, breathing, moving. You are lucky.

Be Grateful

Someone else is happier with less than what you have.

There are people in this world who are in a worst situation than you. There are people who can’t see, hear, walk, run, move, go outside, have kids, and so much more…

Again, I don’t know you. But I am sure you are lucky. Take a minute, stop reading and think about it. Look around you, look at your life, look at yourself, and you will realize these incredible things that you are lucky to have.

So be grateful, be thankful to the life you are actually living.

Be Happy

Appreciate what you have before it becomes what you had.

And because you are grateful of what you have. Because you care about what you ACTUALLY have. You have to be happy. Enjoy the present, what you are living now. This particular moment is unique, it will never happens again.

You need to realize that happiness lies in gratitude.

We are too much focused on what we don’t have, but we never care about what we actually have.

Think about it, take a look at the big picture of your life and notice the things you are lucky to have, because someone on this planet hasn’t the chance to have it.

Be grateful for everything you have, enjoy the present moment, smile and be happy.
