Anyone who has given up an addiction will know how hard it is to quit, for example eating sugar, when you have had a sweet tooth your whole life. I have been eating Stevia for many years instead of processed sugar. Now stevia is a habit. Recent research has shown that all the sweeteners, natural and fake, used habitually, ultimately have the same bad effect on the blood sugar rollercoaster.
