Nicely focused article Patrik. I use the free Loop Habit Tracker app. It allows me to set the frequency of habits which is important. Not all habits are daily habits. For example, I want to do 20 minutes of aerobic activity 5 times a week. I want to set my #1 monthly goal, guess what…once a month! The app allows me to do this and provides me with scores and graphs to show how close I am to consolidating the habit. I highly recommend it.
