Biden isn't cutting and running. The war in Ukraine is for a LOT of marbles. One of those is the 2024 election and Russian interference.

Ukraine is slowly winning. We are impatient for a breakthrough, but I suspect at least one will happen before the return of mud season.

I generally agree with the described state of the war.
