PREFACE

Amidst the many technologies that allow users to take photos, jazz-up, keep and share thousands of photos using their gadgets, we understand that people still want to be able to touch, view and, most importantly, share their memories with their loved ones. However, getting the photos printed and subsequently sorting them individually into photo albums still presents a challenge and often steer people away from fulfilling their desire to have a tangible form of their memories.

Enter the concept of a photo book, which allows people to compile their photos in the format of a book, printed and easy to carry around and store. We see the potential and opportunity for the photo book industry in Indonesia as people seek to be able to easily obtain physical copies of the memories they capture. This is why Chaterpress photo books are made to be simple, light and affordable whilst focusing in great quality and looks. We also believe that the creativity in photo book-creation should not be constrained; that a photo book can contain just about anything one feels meaningful and have interest on, from food, loved ones, to even your daily errands — as they are parts of the moments in our lives.

Auto-update from Instagram photo feed (in Instagram Edition with Basic and Minimal layouts), for book volume that has less than 60 photos (incomplete), the app will monitor any new Instagram photo post and automatically add the photo to the book volume until it is completed with 60 photos.
Manual-creation with Instagram Creative and Collective Artisan, these two types of layouts allow users to express their creativity whereby they can select 19 different page layouts combined.
