Day 15, Part 2 of 31.

Old Habits Die Hard

In this case, this is a good thing. Earlier today I wrote my Medium post so that I could spend time with a dear friend of mine. I was relieved to have written already, and looking forward to going to bed early.

But alas, that is not the case. I couldn’t fall asleep because I was so used to writing every night, a part of me felt a bit…incomplete. Here I am, 1:48am, and writing in bed. I guess you can change and build new habits, and all within 2 weeks! Fear not world, you can indeed build a habit and start a new you in as little as 14 days!!!

There’s more! If you start your new habit within the day you decide to- you will have a much higher chance of following through. And all for 3 easy payments of $99.99!!

But look- I’m an example, and I’m pretty lazy. I was the girl who had a gym membership go untouched for six months, and was too lazy to go to the gym to even cancel my membership. If I can make myself «1% better everyday» so can you!

I’ll have to start adding a fitness regime to this soon though…

I feel better now, I think I can sleep now.

Good night moon, Good night cow jumping over the moon!

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
