Pomodoro The Key Of Success
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.
The pomodoro technique is a proven and popular time management life hack.
The main logic behind the technique is to work in blocks of time, typically 25 minutes long (called pomodoro sessions), followed by a 5 minute break. Each pomodoro session should demand your full attention on one task, every break requires you to step away from your work to rest.

This trains your brain to focus for short periods and helps you stay on top of deadlines. With time it can even help improve your attention span and concentration. It also helps to fight against procrastination, and avoid distractions.
I have practice this technique many times in my life especially a night before exam there is a lot of burden of notes to cover so I set timer I will cover that much portion in this time and after the timer rang I took the break of 30 min but I did not know the name of this technique now I am familiar with it during Amal.

So, for practicing this technique I set a timer of 25 min and my target was writing a blog of random act of kindness. The distractions I felt during these 25 min was my Facebook, whatSapp and massages. I was not able to do my task properly and was not able to focusing and the timer ranged. Then I took 5 min break and then after putting tick, I again applied this I set a timer of 25 min and this time log out from all social websites. This time I was focused, attentive and able to do my work more appropriate and in quite better way. This was great experience for me I liked this technique for getting things done.

So I have decided to apply this technique in my daily life in order to manage my time properly and organize my tasks. We should try to save every min of life because a time once gone never came back.

Time is the most valuable coin in your life. You and you alone will determine how that coin will be spent. Be careful that you do not let other people spend it for you.”
