How to Write a Hypothesis Statement

Was recently asked about developing hypotheses for a recent client — in other words how do we frame what we are testing for and what are we looking to learn?

I have a more robust way of doing hypothesis framing, but I developed a simple hypothesis statement format that teams could use to quickly frame a set of hypotheses for validation and testing. I found this very useful as a workshop tool as well since almost anyone can write one of these.

Here is VERY basic example to get an idea, but for people not familiar with the process, I found it a useful introduction.

That’s it — simple right?
