Great job Chris! Man while reading that it brought back 30 years of memories in the kitchens. The crazy hours, never ending “cover your ass” moments. Working for the rich and famous to the lost and broken souls in shelters. It still to this day is a passion that I truly love. Even though my body isn’t able to do it full time anymore, I still enjoy the challenge of cooking for Churches, Celebrate Recovery functions and small group events when asked.
Thank you again for your perspective, I know I can testify that 99% of what you have written has been my life story in the kitchen.
