This is a quote by a japanese samurai, And this is a quote that should be taken to heart, And applied in our daily life, So here is why you should not ever regret

Regret isn’t a easy weight for our minds, Isn’t it, But how about if we focused on the lesson instead of the regret, How much better our life could get.

So just learn your lesson, We are here to learn and grow, You may have learned it in the hard way, But things could have gotten worse, This is how I think.

For example you got your coffee spilled while going to work, Ok, But how about getting accident to a vehicle while going to work , so you see, Some people make it a huge deal when something small happens.

So remember things could have gone much worser, So actually if you think about regret there is no point of regret, The only thing left is to learn your lesson, And not make the same mistake twice.

And once you transform your perception to why this is happening to me to what can I learn from this growth happens, So focus on the lesson not the regret.
