Back when UX was still a budding field in an industry of merging product and technology, the Nielsen Norman Group held a conference in Amsterdam to speak about the 4 simple levels of UX. Even though this was a time when UX was undergoing its evolution to outline all of its working components, it’s always important to go back in the time machine to understand why these 4 levels made up UX in the first place.
