Clean the bread mixer before use, add flour and water, and do not overdo it to avoid damage to the machine, if you need to mix more dough, you need to combine 2 or more times. After the noodles and water are placed, close the baffle and turn on the power again.

When mixing the noodles, stir in both positive and negative directions so that the noodles are evenly mixed.

If the mixing is uneven or dirt is dropped, it is necessary to turn off the power and stop the machine when it needs to be adjusted or taken out by hand.

After stirring, turn off the power and take out the noodles after stopping. Clean up the residue every time.

Do not make thin noodles in the dough mixer to prevent corrosion of the dough mixer.

If any faults such as leakage are found, immediately cut off the power supply and stop the machine, ask an electrician to repair it, and do not start the machine for repair without permission.
