I wake up early at 8 Am, dressed up and reached 10mint late in the session. It’s was a full house. I found a seat spare, it was my fortune. The session was phenomenal, full of learning, energy and activities. You are trying to guess where I am? Yes, you are right, It’s Amal Acadamy.

At the end of the session, Program associate assigned work (which is called as Project Work)to us which we have to complete before the next week in-person sessions. Online courses, just start projects and blog writing is the ingredients of PW.

One the next day when I opened the PW-1’s first online course, it was full of learning, require full attention to extract maximum out of it but I didn’t found enough time because I was busy in the preparation of midterm exams and Final year project presentation. I didn’t want to devour. So I decided to postpone this until my exams finished.

When my exams finished, four PW are accumulated. This week I mustered up my courage to start doing PW because they are key for my participation in session and for life long learning. To accomplish this giant task I decided to use the technique: Make a goal, divide into smaller tasks and start doing this.

GOAL: Complete PW 3 and PW4 before Friday 12 AM.

Divide this goal into smaller tasks
1) Complete Online course
2)Write detailed comments based on my opinion and experiences
3) Do smaller projects assign in PW

I started doing an online course to achieve task1. I watched each video and read the description above and wrote comments based on my opinion and analysis in the light of reflection question on my notebook.

After completing one section, of course, I pasted my comments online and then moved to the 2nd section.
After complete online courses I moved to the third task, which is about to do the project: write smart goals, create superhero resume and shift toward a growth mindset. I have completed projects.

’Nothing is difficult if one wants it’’

Nothing is easy in life and nothing is tough. But PW’s were lengthy. The only difficulty I encounter in this project was time. PW’s required 2–3 hours per day for single PW and if you are the one who wants to absorb maximum then you have to give extra time, which I did. I worked 8 hours per day to accomplish my aforementioned goal.

There is no alternative of experience:
I experienced unforgettable things while doing this project. I made a schedule and acted according to this. I comprehend the importance and advantages of time management. I got up early in the morning to complete PW. I wrote too much which is an amazing experience. I got the chance to memorize some of the beautiful moments of my life. I shared my thoughts and experiences with others through writing.
Last but not least, the reflection questions we’re articulated beautifully, coping with such question was also a good experience.

Key learnings from My experience and online courses:
1) Be an agent of change
2) Responsibility doesn’t demand authority
3) Growth mindset is a way to succeed
4) Time is money
