One of our biggest challenges at FreshMint is communicating to our customers the quality of our food.

For example, using chicken that is fresh, local, humanely-raised, antibiotics and hormone-free is several times more expensive than frozen industrial chicken. But how do we show that without writing a paragraph next to each meal description?

We need to develop an iconography or another visual way of identifying food quality . Could be a collaboration with others if there is interest.
