Kenneth Lynch, sweeping statement? Sometimes “exclusion” has nothing to do with “inclusion”. Sometimes it’s just “non-applicable”. As in, a given, moot. No need for further discourse. OR, spelling it out. Otherwise, life would be a little too LINEAR. Of which it isn’t. Fragment intended.
