Hola, come stai?

Let’s start from the beginning. Known to all my friends, family and colleagues as Chessie, Chess or even Che, the only people who ever call me by my real name are government officials.

Born in Paris, raised in Munich and schooled in London, I spent many childhood summers in Italy. I now live in New York, with a constant aching to be in Europe. I can’t help it, it’s where my heart lies.

By day, I’m helping to make the world a more peaceful and equal society, and by night, I can be found on the dancefloor, downing Radler or sipping rosé. I have no in between. Weekends are strictly reserved for adventures, madeleines, brunch, and bed hair.

Maybe I’m a few years too late, but I’ve finally joined the blogging masses. Why? Because it’s about time I wrote down some of the incoherent, often confusing and hopefully witty (!) thoughts that my internal monologue has to offer. I intend to write about anything and everything, and to have fun with it. In turn, I hope you will enjoy this small glimpse into my chaotic life. Because that’s what it is, chaotic, unstable, spontaneous but a lot of fun.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
