Yes!!! Totally agree. I feel like what you are tapping into here with these micro meetings is Parkinsons law. The time it takes to get shit done expands or contracts to the time you allocate for it. People have to get right to the point and get real, real quick. This is going to become something more and more organizations do in the future.
