I have always admired those who can actually wake up early and do things. Unfortunately, and I know this sounds like an excuse but it is not — or at least not completely, some people like me belong to a specific category unable to be efficient and active during the first hours of morning. I tried a million times and it’s crazy how my body and mind are just completely clouded and slowed down before 8 or so. Setting my alarm at 5 or 6 would mean, to me, to endure a cruel torture and get nothing done. Any tips?
