Six in the morning

My eyes are half-closed

I got out of my tent, I see the rendezvous

in between the Sky and the Sea,

the edge of the unknown

My eyes were half-closed but my mind was awoken,

baffled by how nature’s infinite beauty

and how she cannot be quantified by my realm of reason.

The cold sea breeze comforts,

caressing my face with its subliminal fingers.

I am tranquil within.
