Travel light

One of the more profound statements I've heard in discussions is "lose what you don't need".
It's pretty obvious, it may seem. But we have sort of evolved into a hoarding society. We hoard clothes, bags, watches, shoes and a whole host of material things. If that was all, that'd be okay. But it's not.
We hoard bad habits, stress, anger, worry, hate and other negative emotions. We don't need these things. And yet, we keep them, allowing them fester and grow deep-seated roots in our being.
If there's something to remember, it's this: lose what you don't need. Travel light. It may not make you more successful but it's a way to be more at peace.
