PART 3: CONCLUSION
The 4 most important questions which we need to answer after research:
1- What kind of personas of our competitors?
All of our competitors are almost the same personas: they are always focus on developers and their segment for business are usually Ecommerce (Retail)/ Education/ Game/ Social.
2- How our competitors choose for KEY MESSAGE?
- Agora.io: They used a lot of successful user cases to expand their value and their key message. They focus on key message: “We are professional in building a live streaming for your application — Take a look!”
- API.video: Only new product with less feature, they really focus on message “Simplicity”. At first sight, they are not something too expensive but not cheap. In channels of marketing, they are not really using PR content but they focus on developers communities and SEO.
- Akamai don’t take advertising for livestream — their main key message is about CDN.
3- How our competitors define their VALUE PROPOSITION?
Wowza: Only focus on live stream (both audio and video) in Indian Market
4- How about Pricing modeling and Pricing point?
They are all not defining as “cheap” but “favorable” price.
