Chinedum Ndukwe is a Virginia native born to two Nigerian immigrants. He graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 2007, double majoring in Business Management and Psychology. In 2008, Ndukwe attended the Harvard Business School, followed by the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009 for the NFL Business Management Program. He played five years in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals and Oakland Raiders. Upon retiring from football in 2012, Chinedum embraced his passion for business and entered the world of commercial real estate development forming his company, Kingsley + Co.

Dedicated to family and community, Chinedum has immersed himself in civic opportunities and entrepreneurial efforts. He has served on various boards in the midwest, including the Mayor of Cincinnati's task force for Immigration, the Notre Dame Athletics Monogram Board of Directors, and the Mercy Health Board of Directors. A licensed real estate agent, Chinedum specializes in real estate development.
