Sometimes worries can be an involuntary actions which can never be controlled or placated, when you think of some things you planned in the future, your mind will linger with some thoughts, “Am i sure that it will work the way i estimated it or not” as those thoughts come to you, worries will arise and hinder you from concentrating on other aspect. My point here is, without worry i don’t think that goals and aims will be achieved so worrying is like an ignition that engineers our ego to achieve a specified need.
