Question for experts: if the neural nets are in fact running locally on the device –
- how & when are updates to the algorithms themselves downloaded? If only on SW updates – not efficient.
- Is it constantly running as a background process? A cause of battery drain.
- So the neural net is local to me quite literally, means the CNN ‘agent’ if you will – on my device is different from another iphone’s agent. Neither contributes to Apple’s overarching Neural Nets, which means – they learn nothing, neither do they adapt. How do they improve it?
