Language changes. Cursing is a much more widely accepted element for adding emphasis and emotion into writing these days. I’m completely behind you if it genuinely makes you uncomfortable —please, state that fact so that those around you can try to make accommodations! The people we care about should indeed be careful of such sensitivities.

However, the net at large isn’t going to adapt for your personal preferences, and the way you phrased this criticism indirectly implies some sort of wrongdoing on behalf of the OP, rather than your personal distaste for swears.

I come from a fucking working class background (see how that altered my “delivery” in the same way cadence/tone would have done off the page?) and have been a part of many marginalized communities. We embrace swearing when we wish, as an addition to expressing the frustration of a world in which we do not always fit comfortably.

It’s a personal choice of expression, you have no claim to a “higher ground” or “universal truth” on a subjective issue of language usage. At least not any more, friend.
