Notion can do much more than just notebooks. We use it for project management, strategic blueprint planning, Gantt charts, product development specifications, user research databases, and more. It is also used to connect with third-party SASS such as Super to create intranet sites like wikis and onboarding learning platforms.
FigJam
FigJam is the fastest-growing digital whiteboard tool, a product of Figma. It makes remote work discussions less deadly, similar to Miro, but I personally think FigJam is better. In the company’s marketing design team, it is most often used as a mood board or the protagonist of team meetings. It evolved into a game scoreboard with many gadgets that can be embedded.
GMass
GMass is a free Chrome plug-in that allows you to track open rates, automatically track replies, use Google Sheets as a database to import customer information or automatically insert the recipient’s name and information, etc. I often use personalized mail, and the open and reply rates are much higher than with rigid mail.
Jitter
It takes about a minute to create an animation that will grab everyone’s attention during your presentation. I often use Jitter to create high-fidelity prototypes to help stakeholders understand and explain projects.
Loom
“Unsynchronized Video Conferencing” is a free screen recording tool that records both the screen and your webcam, uploads it as soon as it’s done, and shares it with others with one click. Loom is a great boon for remote workers, as it can significantly increase your work efficiency by reducing the need for repeated meetings.
Scribe
Scribe makes it easy for you to automatically capture each step you take, including screenshots and text entries, and quickly create a comprehensive and organized tutorial. You can share it directly or embed it on your website or Notion page.
