2016 I ♥ you already
2015 was my worst year
I co-founded a company as a GmbH (German limited liability company) with a paid-in capital of 25,000 €.
I lost one co-founder three months later.
My ideas did not create a business.
I did not earn money.
I came to a parting of the ways with my second co-founder.
We decided to liquidate the company. Money left is frozen for one year.
I left another co-founder of a new startup idea.
Sometimes I felt lonely.
Sometimes I was too emotional.
I failed.
The problem with me is…
…I am a super optimist.
…I look into the future.
…I treat the past as something to learn from, not to be depressed about.
…I think positive when others don’t.
That is why…
2015 was my best year, professionally and personally
I was lucky to build a team of three cross-disciplinary entrepreneurs.
I became an entrepreneur and started my first startup in a team.
I launched and scaled a community for entrepreneurs in a team.
I advised entrepreneurs on topics like customer benefit, business model and marketing.
I developed concepts and go to market strategies for new startup ideas.
I tested B2B and B2C startup ideas with potential customers.
I launched a digital incubator program for entrepreneurs in the same team.
I learned MANY lessons.
I co-created a new startup event in a team with over 100 participants.
I was happy to find one of the most inspiring persons I have ever met as a co-founder for a new startup idea: Elliott Brunet.
I started a new startup in a team: “bezi” (from “Beziehung”, which is German for relationship) — a digital smartphone assistant that schedules meetings.
I developed and executed startup bezi in a team of three entrepreneurs.
I approached more than 100 potential business clients pre-launch of bezi.
I acquired the German branch of a global consulting firm for bezi beta test.
I pitched bezi to the public on events.
I re-established our failed community for entrepreneurs as a Slack Group, comprising great entrepreneurs I was lucky to meet in 2015.
I started a public speaking meetup which excited every participant.
I reinvented my beloved hobby to run as a new source of motivation.
I lived by my values to be open and truthful.
I made new friends.
I stood up MANY times.
But that’s it for 2015.
Because I am passionate about helping people as an entrepreneur, I share my learnings with you or your guests at your event. Just get in touch with me or say hi on Twitter. Receive an impression of my speaking here (startup pitch).
2016 I ♥ you already
There will be one big idea (before I run out of cash).
Don’t worry, I will stand up again. And again. That’s how I am!
