Hey! I am curious to know if you kept that schedule after the 21 days?? Or did you get back to 6 am??

I think a might try the 6 am challenge… but I don’t easily manage to get out of bed in the morning even though I know I feel much better if I wake up earlier! Great challenge though, I want to try it :) Thanks for the post!
