Trollop Lollipop

I can’t believe you still wear those worn out socks

With the holes so big

It’s all I can do not to stare at your soul

And sometimes you wear those shirts so low cut

I can see your smile all the way above your neck

How you leave your teeth so bare like that

All your laughter just s p i l l s out for anyone to hear

How selfish you must be

Gathering up poor fools’ hearts on your sleeves

What did your mother teach you, child?

Do you think you can trollop lollipop

Sweet talk your way into my head

Murmuring behind my ears and lips

Giggled quips as holy as the curve of your hips

I’m simmering
