The team is looking for Community Moderators for our internaitonal members of different regions to help grow a clean, safe, strong and energetic Choko Community.
Who are we looking for?
- Native proficiency in the language spoken in the responsible channel
- Work proficiency in English
- Experience in a similar role within community / audience management and engagement
- Experience in managing web 3.0 community with excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and act quickly to wrong doings
- Strong Cryptocurrency knowledge of existing projects, market sentiment, market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong ability to Multi-task and monitor
- Very active and quick response online
- Knowledge in Telegram and Discord
- Most Importantly you need to love to chat and actively engage discussions with our members!
What you will do?
- Know well about Choko Wallet and events happening in the community
- Keep the community updated with all updates and ongoing events
- Moderate in a language of your choice in the respective channel and our main English channels
- Actively engage in conversations with our community members
- Translate selected information relating to Choko Wallet
- Keep our communities welcoming and safe for all members
