How to legally use music from CHOMPO and our sublabels
USER GENERATED VIDEOS WITH CHOMPO
If you are a non-commercial user (not a business) and not a music channel, then you can use CHOMPO and our sublabels’ music for your videos with zero charge.
All you need to do is subscribe to the CHOMPO newsletter and credit the song and musician in the video’s description. Again, it is 100% free :) If you unsubscribe (or move the emails to spam) you will no longer be able to use the music.

HOW CAN YOU TELL WHICH SONGS ARE CLEARED?
Look on the album cover of the song. If you see a black logo in the “RATED” stamp (or the sublabels’ stamp), then you’re good to go.
If the “RATED” logo on the bottom left is not black then we do not recommend using the song, as it may not be Creator Friendly.
If you don’t see the “RATED” stamp, then it isn’t our song and we can’t clear it.
HOW TO CREDIT THE ARTIST?
“Song Title — Artist Name [LABEL NAME]”
In the video’s description or (if not possible on the platform) as a comment pinned to the post.
For example:
VOLC4NO by Tokyo Machine [CHOMPO]
or
Be With You by Andrew Spellman [GWAVA]

You can stream our music for free on all platforms (like Spotify and Apple Music).
If you want downloadable files, we recommend purchasing our Silver Battle Pass subscription. For $1.25 a month you’ll receive 4 -6 new songs monthly through our Patreon plus our backlog.
You can also purchase songs on iTunes, Beatport, and Amazon.
VIDEO GAME CONTENT (UGC)
Video game UGC is creating levels or experiences inside an already released game. This is not to be confused with videos or live streaming.
