Seriously? This kind of thinking is an even bigger issue in the programming community than anything you talked about. You think filling the gender-gap is about getting you a hot girlfriend? It’s a wonder why women aren’t flocking to this profession. I don’t even care if you think you are joking. This is not ok.

Twice you mentioned women only as an accessory to your own ego, which is obviously inflated enough already. You should think hard on this and realize that this kind of talk, this kind of attitude, is exactly what keeps women away from this industry and is indicative of how far we still have to go.
