But if you follow the process openai says to report a billing issue and openai does not respond (13 Jul/14 when reported) wouldn't you expect a reply? The money is the secondary component. Well, the good news is I got faster whisper to run whisper(large model) on my laptop, saving me more than what was stolen. With that said, beware of openai's "goodness" intent.
