the worst ever service which i have come across i have transferred 500 from my wallet to the bank on 9th but it still has not reached to my bank account your customer care has no facility to directly talk to the concerned person they ask to put in txn number but when the correct number is also put the voice call says that it is wrong what is going on i am thinking to put an f i r against your company as no customer care is working nor your Bangalore reg office people are picking the phone why cant people talk directly to customer care concerned person so that their query can be solved
