It takes a lifetime to become a "rockstar developer" (really stupid term). It's unlikely to even become an adequate developer in three months, never mind a good one. No one deciding on a new hire will consider a "boot camp" actual experience. Personally, I see them as more of a negative than anything when evaluating resumes and when doing post interview reviews. Most of the people I've interviewed that have mentioned them completely lack the fundamentals you get in college, or even what you get by really learning for yourself over a a decent amount of time. Three months just isn't enough for this.
