Great article about how the Economist approached its site redesign. Many companies race to complete a redesign and the steps that the Economist took warms my heart. They listened to their users, used data to make decisions and ended up with a much-improved website, now if only all companies would follow the same pattern.

Princeton’s Ad-Blocking Superweapon May Put an End to the Ad-Blocking Arms Race

Ad-Blocking has been around for as long as there have been ads on the web, however, recently the amount of people utilizing ad-blockers has risen steadily. Sites that rely on ad revenue to make money have found ways around this by either forcing users to disable their ad-blocking software or at least making users aware that the site is aware they are using one. Well, Princeton and Stanford researchers have created the most powerful ad-blocker in the world and this article does a great job of explaining what it is and the repercussions of using it.
