Today I’m going to tell you about the Power Of One Degree. It isn’t much, but one degree after another, ice will be turned to water, boiling water and steam at some point.

The same goes with training, we are simply too close and can’t feel that one degree difference but the truth is, it does make a difference! We just have to keep going, put in the time, the effort by staying committed.
