Natural and effective treatments for Gulf War Syndrome and exposure to burn pits

Right off the bat there are 4 things I think you need to do:

1)Detox and chelation

2)reduce inflammation in your body- high dose fish oil, cutting out processed foods and potentially allergenic foods, get blood test for food allergies. Then do an elimination diet

3)lower stress/cortisol levels- take the following supplements: vitamin C, phosphatidylserine, pregnenolone

4)replace depleted nutrients- important to take 5000IU of vit D daily, magnesium and Zinc, coQ 10 and a multivitamin

5)Maintain an optimal circadian rhythm by getting sun early in the day, going to bed early at night, and sleeping in a pitch black environment. Also, get around 8 hours of sleep a night.
