What an absolutely incredible idea and system. Bravo to you.

I was a career shifter, going back to design school in my late 30s, from journalism. I had to take out loans. If my Dad hadn’t passed away and I inherited a modest amount of money to pay off the loans, I would have still been paying them off in my very late 50s.

This is such a thoughtful program, premised on the concept of figuring out how to build in incentives for everyone to win, instead of one part profiting.
