The laws of a country make the country function. Without laws and rules, the entire world would be engulfed in anarchy and chaos. All the laws of a country, including the tax laws, criminal laws, civil laws, and others make the gears of the machine known as a country function smoothly.

The reasons why you should never break the law are quite simple; when you break a law you find yourself out of the safe zone. If you have stayed in the safe zone long enough all actions are divided into two simple categories in your mind; right and wrong, black or white, light or darkness, good or evil. If you have done something wrong there must be a fine or compensation for it.

Effects of breaking the law.

There is a great reason behind why you should stay away from breaking the law. A criminal record can tarnish your personal and professional reputation for a lifetime.

1. You could go to jail, an asylum or be otherwise incarcerated for a specified amount of time if you have broken a great number of laws in a quite serious magnitude. Your name will be registered in a criminal record, both State and National, like The State Record Virginia.

2. You could be made to pay a fine most of which are staggeringly high, numbering in the tens of thousands. These can be quite a drain on your financial situation.

3. Your own conscience is greatly affected when you commit a crime that harms somebody else. No matter how strong and sturdy you are, you always have to face moral repercussions of your actions. if you have taken a life, the value of your own life is greatly decreased in your eyes.
