Couldn’t agree more with you, Sarah.

My inbox is always clean and I reply to virtually all relevant emails (quickly too). This isn’t because I’m better than anyone else, it’s simply because that’s how I want to be treated. The anxiety of pondering why someone hasn’t replied to your important email after 4 days is almost unbearable!

I make sure my customer support team follows suit, as we believe it’s our biggest competitive advantage to be customer centric.
