I found this post after looking for a solution when printing from Lightroom. You helped me realise it’s a printer problem and not a Lightroom problem.

I found another solution, which may be applicable to Photoshop. When printing from Lightroom there is a “Stroke Border” setting, which adds a border around the image. The border is applied without overlapping the image; in other words, the image is resized to fit within the border.

Setting it to 8pt seems to do the trick. The printer crops the border and results in more of the image being printed.
