There’s a new hope for financial services college job recruiting

We’ve applied to jobs for the same way for over 100 years and it’s about time that changes. It’s called Glance or “AskGlance.com”, and it’s going to change the way college kids get hired.
The old model is inefficient and costly. According to Deloitte $72 billion (yes, with a “b”) are spent on recruiting efforts yearly and rising. At a per hire average cost of 52 days and $4,000 there must be a better way.
AskGlance.com allows candidates to upload a video elevator speech highlighting who they are off paper. It takes only minutes to create and recruiters in the insurance and financial services industry are already using it. They have the ability to “meet” and “get to know” candidates in under a minute to screen for communication skills, personality, and culture fit before they interview.
Glance was founded by college students for college students who know the struggle of finding the right job or internship. They've done it, and are now helping others do the same.
Students love Glance because they can show who they are as a person and not be confined to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper
AskGlance.com is finding insurance and financial services college students internships and jobs in a better, more “2016" kind of way.
