Great points. I would add, though, that these behaviors aren’t hardwired in a gendered, biological sense, but rather, driven by environmental factors. We learn good and bad behavior. But unless one is severely mentally ill or has a developmental disability, we are actively making behavioral choices. Reasonable people have the ability and responsibility to change behavior that crosses typical boundaries.
