The writer is going by probability of outcomes based upon verifiable data. Sounds logical to me. Are you demanding absolute certainty? Do you expect someone to get a recording of Hillary saying, “Yep, we sure did commit voter fraud! Great to get away with it!” This is a Medium thread, not a criminal court of law with a standard of proof of beyond a reasonable doubt. The evidence points to numerous systematic “anomalies.” It’s good enough for most rational people.
